We source our salmon firstly from the Marlborough Sounds but like any farmed product there are times of the year when growth is better, so when the fish are not so readily available we source from further south. These fish are farmed in fresh water, some people can taste the difference from salt water fish, most can't and we'll always let you know where the fish are from.

We harvest to order as we do not hold fish in stock. Orders can be placed for Whole Salmon, Fillets either with Skin on or off, Bone in or out, or Salmon Steaks.

We can also take orders for smoked salmon which requires a little bit of notice but we are smoking regularly so don't hesitate to call and place an order.
