Hand smoked at our Hairy Packhouse on a weekly basis. We use no preservatives which keeps our products healthy and natural. We smoke in small batches to create a premium product of desire and only smoke Fresh Fish and Mussels!
We can smoke Salmon to order, salmon must be pre-ordered Friday prior to delivery. Phone the packhouse 03 574 575.
