Hand smoked at our Hairy Packhouse on a weekly basis. We use no preservatives which keeps our products healthy and natural. We smoke in small batches to create a premium product of desire and only smoke Fresh Mussels! Smoked Mussel flavours are Naturally Natural, Rockin Morrocan, Wild Garlic and Hot Lips (that’s hot!).
We can smoke Fresh Salmon to order but as we do not hold Salmon in stock this has to be pre-ordered to give us time to source it, smoke it and dispatch direct to your door.
When Fresh Fish is available for Smoking the flavours are Natural or Peppered. Please check availability of Smoked Fish upon ordering as supply is weather dependent.
