Oysters

Delectable Marlborough Oysters, grown in the pristine Pelorus Sounds.

Not so much a seasonal product, their condition comes and goes throughout the year and are available when fat!  Call for an oyster update.

Supplied fresh and chilled in whole shell, so they retain all those beautiful Oyster juices!  Or we can also supply 1/2 shell oysters or pottles of a dozen shucked oysters.
