We only deal with the freshest produce, all our products are supplied or processed on licensed premises. In particular, all our shellfish and fish products are processed and packed in premises that operate comprehensive Food safety plans, administered by the NZ Food Safety Authority (NZFSA).

To ensure the product arrives fresh and in pristine condition, we pack the product in insulated boxes with special frozen gel pads. Sometimes you’ll note the gel pads are defrosting when you open the boxes, this is fine as it shows the pads are working and are keeping the product cool. We’ve done lots of testing that has shown the Gel pads really do work.

We realise sometimes that things can go wrong, so if you’re not happy with the product on arrival, call us immediately and we’ll replace it.

This Act will give you, the customer, protection from being mislead about any promotions and sale of goods and services by us. It covers aspects like pricing, where the product was sourced from and product availability. It will always be our intention to be a responsible and ethical business.

We value all our customers, therefore we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information provided by our customers to any third party. Any information we collect is at the sole discretion of our customers and is used for deliveries, payments, promotions that are only applicable to this website.
